Our Business Policies are as follows:

Payment
     When payments are paid in full, transactions are carried out on our Online Store. When only deposits or partial payments are made, the transactions are carried out Offline between Volcano Percussion and the client and invoices are emailed. Payments are made thru Paypal by most major credit cards as well as cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks after clearing time. Please make all checks payable to Volcano Percussion.

   

Special Orders
     If the drum of your choice is not in stock, it’s considered a Special Order. An initial deposit of 25% will be required, except for Custom orders which require 50% down due to the extreme value of the materials.
In the event of cancellation, before the drum has started, there will be a processing fee on 3% on returned deposits. The deposit minus the processing fee will be returned within 30 days.
A notification will be sent to customers at the time construction begins. The customer acceptance reply will continue the drum making. After your acceptance reply, deposit is not refundable.
Normal completion time for an order of 3 drums is 60 to 90 days. Customers will be given an estimated completion time at ordering. If, for any reason beyond our control order is delayed over 30 working days after estimated date of completion, customer may cancel order and request their deposit returned.

Custom Orders
     Even though all our drums are original in appearance, occasionally we’ll have a custom request by a client. Changes could result in extra charges. Since types of changes are for you personally, all sales are final. No returns on custom orders. All Koa drums are considered Custom Orders do to their extreme value.

Shipping
     If for any reason a customer decides they’re not satisfied with their purchase, return in excellent condition in same box as originally packed. Call or write before shipping for destination instructions. Customer return shipping is at their expense and product will be inspected for damage. If damage is found, it could result in a reduction of refund. Allow 30 days for returns. Refunds for credit are based upon value of items purchased only, not shipping and handling. There are no returns on custom orders, only on drum inventory and special order items. No returns on foreign orders.

30 day Money-back Returns

Limited 5 Year Warranty on Hardware
     All V.P. Hawaii hardware carries a limited 5 year warranty. Only breakage and not wear on rims, lugs and nuts. If hardware is found to be deficient during normal use, it will be replaced. Original purchasers only. Proof of purchase is required.

Limited 5 Year Warranty on Shells
     The drum shells carry a limited 5 year warranty. If a shell separates during normal use and is found not caused by abnormal circumstances, it will be replaced. Original purchasers only. Proof of purchase is required. Shell warranty is void by use of any after market equipment not endorsed or authorized by Volcano Percussion.
